Adult Strength and Training

Monday-Friday: 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 4:15PM

Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 5:30PM

Our Adult Strength Class has it all! This class includes everything from kettle bells amd barbells, to rowers and pull up rigs. We combine Endurance, Plyometrics and Gymnastic Movements to get your heart rate in full calorie burning mode!

Personal Training

Get 1-on-1 personal training from some of the best coaches in the business. Classes and routines can be tailored to all strength levels and walks of life. If you're looking to get to the next level or simply looking to get started into fitness we can be your guide.

Private Parties/Events

We can accommodate your private events such as Kids Birthday Parties, Adult Parties, Lift-a-Thons, or a place to film your entry for the Open Games.

Kids Strength and Training

Kids thrive with regular exercise-mentally and physically! Staying active not only strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and lowers obesity but also builds self-confidence. In class they will incorporate push-ups, sit ups, jumping and other age-appropriate activities in a fun way.

Boxing

Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30PM

This class is perfect for someone new to boxing or those wanting to brush-up on fundamentals. Beginner Boxing delivers an effective workout, but we take things down a notch to help you learn the basics of boxing technique and conditioning.

Athletic Team Training

Our coaches will use knowledge of the sport along with their skills in training to create a program that will build strength, endurance and skill
